Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held by the
Planning Commission of the Village of Bratenahl on
Wednesday February 22, 2023 at 5:30pm
Bratenahl Village Hall - 411 Bratenahl Rd. Bratenahl, OH 44108


Notice is hereby given that the February 22, 2023 Public Hearing will consider:

• 33 Shoreby Dr. – Amendment to the Newport Harbor Final Development Plan for an expanded parking lot, permitted as a conditional accessory use in the Newport PRD.


A copy of documents are on file with the office of the Building Department Administrator at Bratenahl Village Hall, 411 Bratenahl Road, Bratenahl, Ohio 44108, and anyone interested in same may review said documents during normal working hours and may attend the Public Hearing to speak or submit written comments thereon at least three (3) days prior to the hearing by email to building@bratenahl.org or delivered to Village Hall, 411 Bratenahl Road, to the attention of the Building Department Administrator.
