In accordance with related Ohio Revised Code(s), the Village Fiscal Office "shall keep the books of the Village, exhibit accurate statements of all monies received and expended, of all the property owned by the Village and the income derived therefrom, and of all taxes and assessments." (ORC 733.28)
This office is responsible for posting notice of all public meetings, as well as maintaining all Village ordinances and resolutions, with all statements, orders, proclamations, notices and reports issued by the Village's legislative body (ORC 731.21) and for the posting of meeting minutes for public viewing.
