The Village provides these forms to manage the public records request process more efficiently, and to help avoid delays and confusion.  The avaialability of public records is not limited by or conditional on completion of these forms. A written  request for records is not mandatory and you may decline to identify yourself.  If you do not want to make a written request, or do not want to reveal your identify, please call the Bratenahl Police Department at 216-681-1236.
All requests for accidents and or incidents are processed through the Bratenahl Police Department's records division. Record requests may be made online, by fax (216-681-3078) or by phone (216-681-1236). Once the report is pulled, it can be emailed or faxed directly to you, or you may pick it up in the police department.
